This is a new application that is an Outlook Addin
that resolves the issue of Group emails to 100's or 1000's of
emails.
What this application does is adds a new Send Button named "Dencom
Send List " in Outlook, so when you create a new email as usual,
select as many recipients or Groups as you like from your Address
Book and use the Dencom Send List button to send the email.
What the application does is take all the recipients in the To: CC:
and BCC: fields and creates and sends a personally addressed message
for each recipient. So the intended recipient does not get to see
all the recipients of the email.
Why would I use this over using the BCC: field to
hide the recipients ?.
