There are three methods of importing data. These options are available from within the
Administration Utility under the Tools menu.
1. Comma Delimiter File
When this option is selected you will be prompting to open an existing Comma
Delimiter File.
Then you need to match the fields from the left hand column (your CSV File) to the
right hand column (Database fields).
So select a Column on the left panel then select a column on the right hand column
and then select the >> button. Then select the next fields etc.
When you have finished matching the fields then select Import Now.
2. Import Outlook Contacts
This is the easiest method.
Once this method is selected, a window will open with Folders within your Email
profile.
Expand the list and select the Outlook Contacts folder you want to import data from.
Then select the Import button.
3. Import Outlook Personal Address Book
The Outlook Client must have a Personal Address Book configured.
Outlook must be running to be able to run the Import.
Once you have selected Import Personal Address Book, the process starts straight
away.
The database will be refreshed with the imported data.
