Managing Distribution Lists and Members

You have the ability to manage groups from within the Administration Utility.
Select the Distribution List tab on the top of the main panel.

This will show all Distribution Lists that currently exist in the database.
On selecting a Distribution List will display the Distribution List members in the bottom panel.

1. To create a new Distribution List :
            Select the Add DL button
Selecting this will open a window for you to create a new Distribution List.
Enter in the Distribution List name and the subject is optional.

2. To add a new Distribution List member:
Select the Add Recipt button
This will open new window with a list of possible members.
Select the members by selecting the check box to the left of the name.
You can select multiple members by holding down either the Control key for individual selections or holding down the Shift key for many selection  and selecting the members names which will highlight in Blue and then selecting a check box.

3. Delete a Distribution List
Select the Group name and then the delete button

4. Delete a Distribution List Member
Select the Distribution List name that the member exists in and then select the name from the from the bottom panel, then select the delete button
