Printing Reports

In the Administration Utility selecting the print button on the right hand side of the screen will launch the Print Options windows.

There are 4 report types available.

1. Current Customer List Settings:
            This prints the report with the current columns showing in the Administration Utility
            These can be customized see Customizing the Columns

2. Phone / Fax / Email:
Selecting this option will print the the above fields with the Contact name and Company.

3. Phone / Fax / Email / Mobile :
Selecting this option will print the above fields with the Contact name and  Company Name with the addition of the mobile phone number.

4. Distribution List:
This option allows you to print Names and Email addresses of Group members who are members of a selected Distribution List.
