Exporting to a CSV file or Comma Delimiter File.

Creating the Address Book .GAB.XML file
This is the file the Dencom Global Address Book Client uses when configured for the Read Only mode.

Migrating a v3.x Database
This should only be used if you are upgrading from an earlier version of the Dencom Global Address Book Database. This utility will convert the database to the new format.
You will be prompted to enter the path and database file of the previous version, when you select Open the new database will be created with the file name the same but with _new appended to it.  i.e DNZGABDB.MDB will convert to DNZGABDB_NEW.MDB

Manage Deleted Contacts:
This is a new feature which has been included, to enhance the Dencom Address Book Connect product to manage contacts which have been deleted.
So when a contact is deleted via the Administration Utility or the Dencom Global Address Client in Read Write mode, the contact is moved to a special table in the database. When the Dencom Address Book Connect synchronizes  with the database, any record that has been deleted from the main database will be deleted from the Outlook Contacts folder as well.
It would be recommend to leave the records in this Table until you are sure that all the Dencom Address Book Connect clients have been updated. Otherwise the deleted records may return.

Note: For Users using the Dencom Address Book Connect, we have no control over records the User deletes in Outlook Contacts, so it is recommended that they use the Administration Utility when deleting records. Otherwise when the user resynchronize's, the records they deleted in Contacts will reappear.
