1. Download the latest version from the Web Site.
2. Install the Administration Utility and both the clients on the Administrators P.C.
3. Launch the Administration Utility
4. Select Tools then Migrate a V3.x Database
5. Browse to your current V3.x database and select open
6. This will create a new database and import the data, the new name for the database will have _new appended to it.
   i.e. DNZGABDB.MDB will convert to DNZGABDB_NEW.MDB
7. Configure the Clients on the Administrators P.C's to test functionality etc
8. Then install one or both the Clients on the end users P.C's
9. You can use the main installer or there are client only installers available on the Web Site.
10. Please check the requirements for each Client below.

• We have made available client only installers on the Web Site, to simply the installation for the client computers.
• We also recommend that you install the Administration Utility to the local P.C.

Application Requirements:
These applications are designed for use on Microsoft Windows 9.x / NT / 2000 / 2003 and XP Operating Systems.

• Administration Utility: requires Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 to be installed.
• The Dencom Global Address Book Client: requires an Email client that supports Extended MAPI like Outlook 97/98/2000 in Corporate/WorkGroup mode, Outlook XP and Outlook 2003.
• Dencom Address Book Connect: requires Outlook 2000 or greater and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 to be installed.
• Latest Windows Operating System Service Packs to be installed.
